Train with a group headed by a coach that maxes out at 8 participants.  Groups meet 2 or 3 times per week. Includes programming for sessions outside the gym.

Semi-Private Training

Train with a small group headed by a coach that maxes out at 4 people. Great for couples or friends that want to train together.  Meets 2 or 3 times per week. Includes programming for sessions outside the gym.

Private Training

Get one-on-one coaching.  Meet with your coach 2 or 3 times per week.  Includes programming for sessions outside the gym.
